- 1 Svelte® Cappuccino Protein Shake
- 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate (100% cacao)
- ¼ cup coffee
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- Blend together Svelte® Cappuccino, pitted dates, and coffee until smooth.
- Melt chocolate completely in the microwave or using a double boiler.
- Add melted chocolate to blended mixture and blend an additional 20–30 seconds.
- Pour the pudding into ramekins and refrigerate 3+ hours until firm.
- Top pudding with fresh fruit, whipped cream, or eat on its own.
