ingredients

  • 1 Svelte® Cappuccino Protein Shake
  • 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate (100% cacao)
  • ¼ cup coffee
  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted

instructions

  1. Blend together Svelte® Cappuccino, pitted dates, and coffee until smooth.
  2. Melt chocolate completely in the microwave or using a double boiler.
  3. Add melted chocolate to blended mixture and blend an additional 20–30 seconds.
  4. Pour the pudding into ramekins and refrigerate 3+ hours until firm.
  5. Top pudding with fresh fruit, whipped cream, or eat on its own.
