- ⅛ teaspoon ground or 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- Pinch of black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup sweet potatoes, cooked
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup Svelte® Spiced Chai Protein Shake
- Handful of ice
- Add Svelte® Spiced Chai, ginger, yogurt, turmeric, pepper, cinnamon, sweet potatoes, pumpkin seeds, and ice to blender and blend together until smooth.
