Feel festive with this patriotic layered smoothie! Using fresh fruits and vegan Svelte® protein shakes, this smoothie is perfect to start your day or drink post-workout. With fun colorful layers and gluten-free goodness, your whole family will love this combination!

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (Red)
  • 1/3 cup Svelte® French Vanilla Protein Shake (Red)
  • 1/2 frozen banana, peeled and sliced (White)
  • 1/3 cup Svelte® French Vanilla Protein Shake (White)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (Blue)
  • 1/3 cup Svelte® French Vanilla Protein Shake (Blue)

instructions

  1. Add Svelte® French Vanilla and blueberries to blender and blend together until smooth. Pour into cup and set aside. Rinse out blender.
  2. Add Svelte® French Vanilla and banana slices to blender and blend together until smooth. Pour into cup and set aside. Rinse out blender.
  3. Add Svelte® French Vanilla and strawberries to blender and blend together until smooth. Pour into cup.

Pro Tip: If your smoothies are running together try freezing each layer for 10-20 minutes before adding the next layer.
