  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen tart cherries
  • ½ avocado
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 cup Svelte® Chocolate Protein Shake
  • 1 handful ice — optional


  1. Add Svelte® Chocolate, cherries, avocado, oats, almond butter, hemp seeds, and ice to blender and blend together until smooth.
