pineapple acai bowl
High in antioxidants and fiber, acai is a great base for your smoothie. Paired with a tropical pineapple bowl and coconutty flavors — we are ready for summer! Vegan and gluten-free, this smoothie bowl is a treat for all.
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
- 1/2 pineapple (for the bowl)
- 1 frozen acai pack (3.5oz)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup Svelte® French Vanilla Protein Shake
- 1/3 cup cauliflower (we used purple cauliflower)
- 1/4 cup frozen berries
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes + more for topping
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
- Small handful of ice
- Cut pineapple in half and hollow out core + additional space to form a bowl. Score the remaining pineapple flesh so it scoops out easily with your smoothie!
- Blend acai, banana, Svelte®, cauliflower, berries, coconut oil, coconut flakes, and ice together in a blender until smooth.
- Pour blended smoothie into pineapple bowl and top as desired!
