pineapple acai bowl

High in antioxidants and fiber, acai is a great base for your smoothie. Paired with a tropical pineapple bowl and coconutty flavors — we are ready for summer! Vegan and gluten-free, this smoothie bowl is a treat for all.

Prep Time: 10 Minutes


  • 1/2 pineapple (for the bowl)
  • 1 frozen acai pack (3.5oz)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Svelte® French Vanilla Protein Shake
  • 1/3 cup cauliflower (we used purple cauliflower)
  • 1/4 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes + more for topping
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
  • Small handful of ice


  1. Cut pineapple in half and hollow out core + additional space to form a bowl. Score the remaining pineapple flesh so it scoops out easily with your smoothie!
  2. Blend acai, banana, Svelte®, cauliflower, berries, coconut oil, coconut flakes, and ice together in a blender until smooth.
  3. Pour blended smoothie into pineapple bowl and top as desired!
