no bake chocolate energy bites
Running late and low on energy? These energy bites are a lifesaver! Make a batch at the start of the week and enjoy them on-the-go throughout it. A sweet chocolate pick-me-up, these nutty bites are packed with protein and fiber to give you energy fast!

Prep Time: 20 Minutes
- 2 cups dates
- 2 cups almonds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (save 1/2 cup for rolling)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1–2 teaspoons Svelte® Chocolate Protein Shake
- Mix together dates, almonds, cocoa powder, ¼ cup coconut, sea salt, vanilla extract, and Svelte® Chocolate together in food processor until well blended.
- Form small bite-sized balls and roll in extra ½ cup coconut.
- Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
