no bake chocolate energy bites

Running late and low on energy? These energy bites are a lifesaver! Make a batch at the start of the week and enjoy them on-the-go throughout it. A sweet chocolate pick-me-up, these nutty bites are packed with protein and fiber to give you energy fast!

Prep Time: 20 Minutes

ingredients

  • 2 cups dates
  • 2 cups almonds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (save 1/2 cup for rolling)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1–2 teaspoons Svelte® Chocolate Protein Shake

instructions

  1. Mix together dates, almonds, cocoa powder, ¼ cup coconut, sea salt, vanilla extract, and Svelte® Chocolate together in food processor until well blended.
  2. Form small bite-sized balls and roll in extra ½ cup coconut.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
