matcha steel cut overnight oats

  • ⅓ cup steel cut oats
  • ⅓ cup Svelte® French Vanilla Protein Shake
  • ⅓ cup yogurt (cashew or coconut yogurt to make vegan)
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder


  1. Add steel cut oats, Svelte® French Vanilla, yogurt, banana slices, flaxseed, and matcha powder to a mason jar or closed container. Mix until combined.
  2. Refrigerate 8+ hours or overnight. Refrigerate longer for a softer oat.
