- 1 ½ cup gluten-free oats, ground into flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup nut butter
- 1 tablespoon Svelte® French Vanilla Protein Shake
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1-2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles (optional)
- Melt nut butter in microwave.
- Mix together nut butter, oats, coconut flour, vanilla extract, maple syrup, Svelte® French Vanilla, and sea salt together in a bowl until well blended.
- Form small bite-sized balls and roll in sprinkles.
- Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
