high protein birthday cake bites

  • 1 ½ cup gluten-free oats, ground into flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Svelte® French Vanilla Protein Shake
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles (optional)


  1. Melt nut butter in microwave.
  2. Mix together nut butter, oats, coconut flour, vanilla extract, maple syrup, Svelte® French Vanilla, and sea salt together in a bowl until well blended.
  3. Form small bite-sized balls and roll in sprinkles.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
