Get in your greens with this amazing smoothie bowl served in a half cantaloupe! The perfect way to start your day, this smoothie bowl is almost too beautiful to eat.

  • 1 cup Svelte® French Vanilla Protein Shake
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
  • ¾ cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup frozen kale
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cantaloupe (for bowl)


  1. Add Svelte® French Vanilla, banana, peaches, kale, lemon juice, and pumpkin seeds to blender and blend together until smooth.
  2. Pour into a cantaloupe half and top as desired — we used star fruit, superseed crunch bits, kiwi, and hemp hearts.
