  • 1 Svelte® Chocolate Protein Shake
  • ½ cup raw walnuts
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)


  1. Cover walnuts in water and add a pinch of salt + a splash of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. Let soak for 4 hours covered with a towel.
  2. Rinse walnuts well, discarding soaking water.
  3. Blend walnuts, Svelte®, and cinnamon together until smooth. Optional — add frozen blueberry “bubbles”.
