- 1 Svelte® Chocolate Protein Shake
- ½ cup raw walnuts
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- Cover walnuts in water and add a pinch of salt + a splash of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. Let soak for 4 hours covered with a towel.
- Rinse walnuts well, discarding soaking water.
- Blend walnuts, Svelte®, and cinnamon together until smooth. Optional — add frozen blueberry “bubbles”.
