  • 1 11 oz. Svelte® Chocolate Protein Shake
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 handful ice — optional


  1. Add Svelte® Chocolate, banana, oats, coconut, peanut butter, and ice to blender and blend together until smooth.
