ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Svelte® Chocolate Protein Shake
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 small banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 handful cherries, pitted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

instructions

  1. Mix together Svelte® Chocolate, yogurt, oats, banana slices, cherries, and pumpkin seeds in a mason jar or other container.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
