- ½ cup Svelte® French Vanilla Protein Shake
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 small banana, peeled and sliced
- ½ apricot, chopped
- 5-6 blackberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- Dash of cinnamon
- Mix together Svelte® French Vanilla, yogurt, oats, banana slices, apricot, blackberries, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon in a mason jar or other container.
- Refrigerate overnight.
