blackberry apricot overnight oats

We love overnight oats! They are so quick to make and convenient to take on-the-go in the morning. With fresh fruit and chia seeds, this recipe is packed with fiber, protein, and nutrients to keep you going.

  • ½ cup Svelte® French Vanilla Protein Shake
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 small banana, peeled and sliced
  • ½ apricot, chopped
  • 5-6 blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • Dash of cinnamon


  1. Mix together Svelte® French Vanilla, yogurt, oats, banana slices, apricot, blackberries, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon in a mason jar or other container.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
