3 ingredient protein pancakes
Cook up these protein pancakes in no time with just a few simple ingredients! Packed with protein, fiber and vitamin B12 these cakes will leave you feeling energized and ready to take on the day. With fresh bananas, oats, and Svelte® French Vanilla this recipe is vegan and gluten-free.
Makes: 3-4 Medium Pancakes

- 1 cup oats
- 1 banana
- ¾ cup Svelte® French Vanilla Protein Shake
- Pulse oats in a blender or food processor until it forms a flour.
- Add banana and Svelte® French Vanilla.
- Mix together ingredients until a batter is formed.
- Pour and cook the batter in a pan over medium heat. Cook a few minutes until golden brown and then flip and cook the other side.
- Top as you please — we used banana, berries, jam and coconut.
