3 ingredient protein pancakes

Cook up these protein pancakes in no time with just a few simple ingredients! Packed with protein, fiber and vitamin B12 these cakes will leave you feeling energized and ready to take on the day. With fresh bananas, oats, and Svelte® French Vanilla this recipe is vegan and gluten-free.

Makes: 3-4 Medium Pancakes

ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup Svelte® French Vanilla Protein Shake

instructions

  1. Pulse oats in a blender or food processor until it forms a flour.
  2. Add banana and Svelte® French Vanilla.
  3. Mix together ingredients until a batter is formed.
  4. Pour and cook the batter in a pan over medium heat. Cook a few minutes until golden brown and then flip and cook the other side.
  5. Top as you please — we used banana, berries, jam and coconut.
