Banana Cream Pie Oatmeal by Healthy Little Vittles

Start your morning with creamy goodness! Oats are a great satisfying meal to get the day started. This recipe is filled with protein and fiber to give you long-lasting energy.

Svelte Protein Shakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free quick oats
  • ½ banana
  • 1 carton (11oz) Svelte Banana Crème Organic Protein Shake
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon pure almond extract
  • Pinch salt

Toppings

  • Chopped walnuts
  • Chia seeds
  • Cinnamon
  • Caramelized bananas (below)

Caramelized Bananas

  • 1 ½ bananas (use the remaining half banana from the oatmeal)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare your oatmeal via stovetop according to package directions using the Banana Crème Protein Shake instead of water.
  2. Chop your banana into small-medium sized pieces.
  3. Stir in the maple syrup, pure almond extract, cinnamon, salt, and banana.
  4. Serve in bowls topped with chopped walnuts, chia seeds, cinnamon, and caramelized bananas.

Caramelized Bananas

  1. Slice your bananas.
  2. In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the cinnamon and maple syrup, then add your sliced bananas in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Turmeric Kiwi Protein Smoothie by The Roasted Root

Packed with vitamin C and turmeric, this smoothie is a must for those needing a boost! With fresh tangy flavors and Svelte® French Vanilla — this smoothie is great anytime of day.

Svelte Protein Shakes

Ingredients

  • 1 (11-ounce) bottle Svelte® French Vanilla Organic Protein Shake
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 banana peeled and frozen
  • 2 whole kiwi fruit peeled
  • 1 (1/4-inch) nub turmeric peeled
  • 1 lime zested
  • 1 handful ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass and sip!

Maple Glazed Chai Spiced Donuts by The Kind Coconut

Do-nut mind if we do! Maple and spiced chai pair together to make these tasty baked rings just right. Try baking up a batch for a healthy snack or dessert!

Svelte Protein Shakes

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup oat flour
  • 1 cup Svelte® Chai Plant Protein Shake
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar – *substitute with lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca starch
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil – *melted
  • 2 tablespoons date paste – *substitute with maple syrup or agave
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛  teaspoon salt
  • Dash nutmeg, ginger, cloves – *optional

Maple Glaze

  • 1 cup pitted medjool dates – *soaked in water for 20 minutes
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Whisk together the Chai protein shake and apple cider vinegar and set aside to form a “buttermilk”
  3. Meanwhile, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and spices.
  4. Add the date paste (or maple syrup) and melted coconut oil to the buttermilk and stir.
  5. Pour the buttermilk into the flour and whisk until well combined. Spray a donut pan with non stick oil. Add a scoop of batter into each ring until they are full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool before adding the glaze.

Maple Glaze

  1. Soak the dates in hot water for 20 minutes. Drain the water and add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until the date chunks are gone and the glaze is nice and creamy.
  3. Using a butter knife, smear the frosting over the cool donuts and add desired toppings.

Vegan + Gluten-Free Pancakes by Turnip Your Life

These vegan and gluten-free pancakes and super fluffy and filled with flavor! Start your day with this healthy recipe or enjoy breakfast for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, mashed
  • ½ cup gluten free oats (blended until flour forms)
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Splash of apple cider vinegar (makes them fluffy)
  • 4 tablespoons of @drinksvelte vanilla protein shake

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Cook on skillet over medium-heat.
  3. Top as you please  — pictured with almond milk yogurt, bananas, raspberries, coconut shreds, bee pollen, and peanut butter.

Fudgy Chocolate Ice Cream by Sugared and Stirred

This dessert is totally drool-worthy! Made with bananas, cocoa powder, and Svelte® Chocolate — you can enjoy guilt-free. Grab a spoon and dig in!

Svelte Protein Shakes

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup @drinksvelte Chocolate Protein Shake
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Blend bananas, Svelte shake, and cocoa powder.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Pour into loaf pan/container and freeze overnight or until firm enough to scoop (if frozen solid, let thaw until easily scooped)

Grain-Free Chai Spice Banana Bread by Press Start Nutrition

Grain-free never tasted so good! This low-sugar banana bread is flavored with Spiced Chai. Enjoy on it’s own or top with nut butter, coconut, and seeds. Note: This recipe makes 3 mini loaves or 1 normal loaf.

Svelte Protein ShakesIngredients

  • 1 ½  cups cassava flour
  • 1 ½  mashed banana {save the other half for the crust}
  • 2 pastured eggs
  • 1 container @drinksvelte chai protein drink
  • Optional: 2-4 tablespoons liquid sweetener for a sweeter bread, I skipped this but you could definitely add and I don’t think it would be overpowering
  • ¼  cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until a batter is formed.
  2. Pour into parchment lined mini bread pans or one large one.
  3. Chop up rest of the banana you used half of and press into crust. Add whatever else you like, I did pecans and extra pumpkin pie spice.
  4. For mini loaves bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. For full size do 40-45 minutes.

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together and let sit 4+ hours or overnight.

  • ½  cup almond flour
  • ½ cup arrowroot flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch of pink salt
  • ½ teaspoon of apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix everything in a bowl, cook in your waffle maker & enjoy!
